1. Returns

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within [5–10 business days].

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for the same product. Please email us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the issue.
